Richard Henry Sellers 

He was noted for his skill at mimicry. He made his name in the madcap British radio programme The Goon Show 1949-60. His films include The Ladykillers 1955, I'm All Right Jack 1960, Dr Strangelove 1964, five Pink Panther films 1964-78 (as the bumbling Inspector Clouseau), and Being There 1979.
